Rie Ookami and Unkei Ryusaki are from rival families. While the Ryusaki family has let go of the past, the Ookami still linger to the hate of past times, and Rie was taught to hate Unkei, since she was very young.
Her hatred, however, is concentrated on combat and competition in general.
Rie's life is about to be changed by the impending trip her boyfriend, Bunbun, is about to take. And Unkei sees how his friend's life, Eisen, is torn apart by his girlfriend's life choices.
Distance demands change. Will it be for the best?
